Lesli Moore Dahlke

Life and Work

Lesli Moore Dahlke is a Southern Californian native. Being a native is a rarity for most “Californians,” who frequently come from other places in the country. But, proudly, she was born and raised in the bright beautiful Golden State. Lesli describes herself as a lucky child of the 50’s greatly loved by her parents. It was a time of innocence, a time when life was as gentle as a warm breeze. It was a time of growing up during the halcyon days. She was raised in the San Fernando Valley, one of the original vast booming post-World War II suburbs of Los Angeles. Lesli grew up in the shadows of tinsel-town’s glamour, its glitter and the glory days of Hollywood. Her father, Del Moore, was a noted and successful television and movie actor. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from California State University, Northridge. Her degree was as a practitioner of Television and Film Production. Lesli’s secondary emphasis was on the written word of journalism. As her career began, she pursued a successful career in Television Media Production. Her credits include commercial film production, and numerous areas of television production, including producing live sports programming. Lesli was the Supervising Associate Producer for the award-winning documentary, “The Eisenhower Years,” for The Discovery Channel, as well as for PBS Network programming. She also supervised the production of PBS Telecourses, the front-runner to today’s on-line universities. Lesli headed the production staff that produced the first cable series for the Playboy Channel and various other ventures. She was a long time writer to the former Salem-News.com on-line newspaper as an Environmental Contributor. Lesli now is a contributing writer for The City of Hope and is completing her second book, Every Day Is a Gift. Although her industry experiences were vast, challenging, and never routine, the most personal challenging experiences were yet to come.

Lesli Moore Dahlke – 1970

Lesli was diagnosed with three virulent cancers caused by exposure to the carcinogenic Agent Orange while traveling with the USO, as an innocent 18-year old girl, in a war-torn Vietnam. As of this date, she lives daily with two rare and active cancers attributed to Agent Orange exposure.

The Best Is Yet To Come!

Her life and story is explored and shared in the profound book The Best Is Yet To Come (published 2012) “I never miss a moment of this beautiful life. I am always filling my heart with the vivid colors, textures, and glorious memories, that make up the unique tapestry of this wonderful journey we call life!”

David William Gibbons

David William Gibbons is a transitional media strategist (Culture, Social, Human Performance and Democracy) and best known for the creation of deep ethereal dialogue, broadcast widely across the transitory and fast evolving technologies existing at the beginning of the 21st Century. His work in the humanities began at a fundamental level with the 14 days journeys across America and the United Kingdom in 2004 and 2005. During this period he found an emerging and transformational personal gift of human connection, in concert with the creation of profound photography and film. Later, at a revolutionary changing point in his life, an understanding developed in pairing historical context with human connection dynamics. This was defined and developed during 2009, through the personal exploration and extensive research of deep discussion and narrative in audio and video mediums. This period also marked a time of introspection and intense hardships through which he traveled, until such time as the platform upon which his material resides found its mark. The programming and rich dialogue have since developed and advanced to where an extensive and powerful legacy now exists. Today, these dialogues continue to expand based upon the transformation of a challenged planet. Distinguished individuals and groups from all over the world have participated in deep conversations, the latter of which are charted through international panels on the well respected Crossing over the Bridge series. The most notable of these include the late Dr. Brian O’Leary Astronaut and Author, with whom he recorded over 28 hours of dialogue and engaged in hundred’s of hours of personal conversations outside of the regular broadcasting schedule. A close friendship and mutual respect developed between the two individuals heavily reflected and resonating in the work that they created together. Dr. Brian O’Leary passed in July 2011. It is considered in many circles, that the material created between the two individuals represents the greatest body of conversations currently known to be in existence during Dr. O’Leary’s life. His work continues with an underscore of quiet discernment, deliberating upon wide spread issues of which free energy and evolving conscious human behavior define the backbone of a core and determined mission. Through an open and ever deepening form of dialogue, the views of people and realities continue to build upon his long believed view that this current time reflects this “the generation of all generations.”

James Redfield is the author of The Celestine Prophecy series of booJamesRedfieldks. He grew up in Birmingham, Alabama during the tumultuous civil rights efforts there, and has pursued an interest in social reform,  the Human Potential Movement, and Consciousness Studies throughout his life.  His first book, the Celestine Prophecy was a runaway international best seller, published in over thirty-four countries and remaining on the New York Times Bestseller’s list for over 3 years, becoming the Best Selling book in the world for two years — evidence, James suggests, of the world-wide hunger for experientially based spiritual consciousness.  His subsequent books include The Tenth Insight, The Secret of Shambhala, The Celestine Vision, and God and the Evolving Universe — the latter of which was written with Michael Murphy and Sylvia Timbers.  In 2006, he was involved in the writing and production of The Celestine Prophecy Movie, released by Sony Pictures.   He frequently speaks  internationally on the direct link between mindfulness practice and higher spiritual consciousness — pointing to the experiences of Intuition, Synchronicity, and destiny  Awareness as pathways to an enlightened social transformation.  He has been awarded the prestigious Metal of the Presidency of the Italian Senate and the Humanitarian of the Year award from the International New Thought Alliance. His latest novel, The Twelfth Insight was published in 2011.

Tarquin Namaste Author and Musician

ab1p-mrNamaste is an English writer and musician born in the northern town of Blackburn, located in the county of Lancashire. His home town of Accrington in the borough of Hyndburn and former heart of traditional textile manufacturing, now represents a repressed socio-typical working-class narrative, firmly imprinted into its culture. The end of an era in manufacturing and industry prevalent in the final decades of the twentieth century, left the town forever stripped of tradition and heritage. Now in the new millennium it contends for government subsidies with bordering towns including notably, Burnley and Blackburn. Intrinsic to the northern culture and its ‘left behind’ status, music with its contentious lyrics continues to play an important role. Tarquin subsequently grew up with this inherited wave of musical consciousness. Fascinated with the subliminal messages of modern music, prompted him to study the art form at college. Later as a student at Salford University (Manchester England) he studied music and musical theory. This included research on the principle sociological elements marked by earlier folk traditions of the 1700’s through to modern-day genres.

As a graduate of Salford University (BA Hons) in Popular Musicology he became interested in the Indie culture and a ‘branch off’ known as the post-punk revival. From the latter of these and prominent between the years 2000 and 2006 emerged Bloc Party, The Strokes, Franz Ferdinand, Interpol and Artic Monkeys. These influences led to the formation of his own band Moral Panic (2009 – 2013) and features in the Adventures of John Salad. In recent times Tarquin has gained significant interest in the genre known as frequencies; in particular the advent of 432Hz. “This is where I now see music to be heading within the alternative scenes, and even popular music, (all recorded and processed at 440Hz) which is being converted into this more natural frequency by ‘enlightened’ fans around the world.”

Books that have left an indelible impression upon him are ‘The Celestine Prophecy’ written by James Redfield and ‘Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance,’ the latter also featuring in the Adventures of John Salad. A book written from beginning to end in seven weeks while ‘taken-over’ by the higher forces of sheer illumination.

The Adventures of John Salad

tnbcAs an advocate of truth, Tarquin narrates explicitly the negative and positive insights principal character John Salad experiences in order to achieve his current state of balance, creativity and contentment. However ambiguous the ties appear between narrator and protagonist, Tarquin reveals an uncanny insight into the life of John Salad.

Tarquin himself is nothing but an honest bard, like Homer; sharing with us the odyssey that John Salad undertakes, in obtaining the unity of body and mind and, ultimately the unity of us all. So eradicate your suspicions to the reality of John’s voyage and unearth the secrets.  Open your soul to his message and surrender your mind to his intuitions. Alike to the way he opened his, in sharing his own encouraging message of progression and serenity. For trapped in his own body and mind, John Salad was ravaged by immense self-doubt. With incredible discoveries, faith, love and light he emancipated himself from the norms which shackle us all. By tapping into the real truth and disregarding societal pressures, John emerges as an enlightened being; willing to share his secret of spiritual progression with all of us. It all begins at the tree of life, the very tree he would have taken his mortal life from. The very tree of life which was the platform to an initiation of a dawn of new beginnings and existence. Connect with his story and that of a true narrator desiring no bias, where nothing is left unturned or unexplored. For as the narrator would argue – are we not all one? – linked as a spider’s web in the silk of life? Learn, and climb over the bridge of knowledge, love and understanding that binds us all together. Follow his journey, feel his infinite love and trust his words.

Kingsley L. Dennis PhD Author, Researcher and Futurist

mainmar12Kingsley Dennis, PhD, is a sociologist, researcher, and writer. He co-authored ‘After the Car’ (Polity, 2009), which examines post-peak oil societies and mobility. He is also the author of ‘New Consciousness for a New World’ (2011); as well as ‘The Struggle for Your Mind: Conscious Evolution & The Battle to Control How We Think’ (2012). He is also the co-editor of ‘The New Science & Spirituality Reader'(2012). Kingsley worked in the Sociology Dept. at Lancaster University, UK, and is now a visiting fellow at the Centre for Mobilities Research (CeMoRe) at Lancaster Uni. Kingsley is the author of numerous articles on complexity theory, social technologies, new media communications, and conscious evolution. As well as academic training Kingsley has also lived and worked for many years overseas, including five years in Turkey. He currently lives in Andalusia in Spain and is working on new book material. He continues to research, write, travel, grow his own vegetables, and seeks answers to many questions.

New Consciousness for a New World

kd2A call for a paradigm shift in human thinking in recognition of the interconnectedness of all things—a new mind for a new world. For centuries, indigenous wisdom traditions have talked of an epochal shift on the horizon, of a spiritual renaissance for the earth and her living family. Now the timelines are converging and the potential for an energetic “upgrade” for humanity is here, but first we must survive and evolve through the current period of transition. Explaining that evolution is not a gradual process but more like a “shock to the system”–radical waves of transformation after a period of dormancy–author Kingsley Dennis reveals that we are currently undergoing an evolutionary leap and shows not only how to survive but also thrive in this period of global upheaval and change. Examining the nature of evolutionary cycles, he explains that the instability we are now experiencing–climate change, economic meltdowns, and increasing political polarization–is the convergence of complex systems that have reached a critical state. What we need in order to push through to the coming spiritual renaissance is a paradigm shift in human thinking and perception, a conscious evolution in recognition of the interconnectedness of all things–a new mind for a new world. Examining new findings in quantum physics and quantum biology on the inter-connectivity of all life as well as opportunities for us to reawaken our slumbering souls, this book offers a glimpse of the new global society to come, a renewed humanity for the 21st century, and how each of us can best participate during the process of planetary transformation.

The Struggle for your Mind

kd3Within society there exists a silent war. The battlefield is our everyday lives: our education, our work, our leisure, our emotional and spiritual well-being, and our thinking and perceptions. Our very sense of “reality” is deliberately engineered to work against conscious evolution and preserve social norms. In short, we are all part of a war of consciousness. And the opportunity is at hand for us to win. Assessing the ways modern societies limit consciousness and keep humanity obedient and distracted from their inner lives, Kingsley Dennis presents an eye-opening investigation of the way our minds have been programmed to preserve incumbent power structures and their rules. He exposes the tactics employed for thousands of years by the elite to control our minds, including misinformation and propaganda, debt systems, consumerism, religious doctrine, scientific authority, economic “uncertainties,” fear of terrorist attacks and armageddon, electromagnetic pollution from cell phones and other devices, distraction through entertainment and technology, as well as the false belief that we are separate from Nature and the Divine. Despite these obstacles, humanity is awakening to culture’s imposed limits on perception through an accelerating rise in collective empathy and awareness. Exploring the biology of consciousness, Dennis reveals the emerging mechanisms for neuro-genetic evolution within the brains of gifted individuals, psychics, and visionaries and the coming increases in solar and magnetic energies that will activate them within all of us. Explaining how we can free up mental and emotional energy to break through the barriers inhibiting conscious evolution, he shows that, by taking back our minds and changing the way we think, we can restore our connection with Nature and the Divine and lead humanity into a new age of harmony and awareness.

After the Car

kd5‘One of the toughest things to do is to anticipate discontinuity, to envisage a world – a life – beyond the car. The authors practice this art of the impossible in a fascinating way, opening up the social and sociological imagination for alternative paths of modernization.’
Ulrich Beck, University of Munich

‘A persuasive and readable summary of why motoring as we know it is doomed. The authors systematically chart the new technologies, oil shortages, environmental and other pressures changing the way we travel and the world we live in. If you want to know what the future might look like, this book is for you. Jeremy Clarkson is an endangered species!’
Steven Joseph, Executive Director, Campaign for Better Transport

‘After the Car is a useful contribution to the debate about the role of the car which poses some interesting questions about its future.’
Tony Bosworth, Friends of the Earth

It is difficult to imagine a world without the car, and yet that is exactly what Dennis and Urry set out to do in this provocative new book. They argue that the days of the current car system are numbered. Powerful forces around the world are undermining it and will usher in a new system sometime in the next few decades. Specifically, the book examines how several major processes are reshaping travel, including:

• Global warming and its many global consequences
• Peaking of oil supply
• Increased digitization of most aspects of economic and social life
• Massive global population increases

The authors examine changes in technology, policy, economy and society, and make a convincing argument for a future where, by necessity, the present car system will have been replaced. The book also suggests that there are some bleak dilemmas facing the twenty-first century. The authors lay out what they consider to be possible ‘post-car’ future scenarios. These they describe as ‘local sustainability’, ‘regional warlordism’ and ‘digital networks of control’. Some describe the twentieth-century as the century of the car. Now that century has come to a close – and things are dramatically about to change.

September 13, 2014 Episode 22 in new series – Walter Bowman Russell’s “Message of the Divine Iliad”

Listen to program. New long-term series with Cosmologist Matt Presti and David William Gibbons.

featureddiwrnov13Walter Bowman Russell “The Message of the Divine Iliad” Episode Twenty Two (22)

Two volumes written around 1947 which sets forth the nature of universal law, the unity of all life, and how the nature of communion with our Source will make it possible to attain any desired goals. It is based on the premise that cosmic knowledge alone can make each person aware of the genius inherent within everyone. Volume I contains six booklets and ten lectures.

Walter Bowman Russell (May 19, 1871 – May 19, 1963) was an American polymath known for his achievements as a painter, sculptor, author and builder and less well-known as a natural philosopher and for his unified theory in physics and cosmogony. He posited that the universe was founded on a unifying principle of rhythmic balanced interchange. This physical theory, laid out primarily in his books The Secret of Light (1947) and The Message of the Divine Iliad (1948–49), has not been accepted by mainstream scientists. Russell asserted that this was mainly due to a difference in the assumptions made about the existence of mind and matter; Russell assumes the existence of mind as cause while he believes that scientists in general assume the existence of mind as effect. Russell was also proficient in philosophy, music, ice skating, and was a professor at the institution he founded, the University of Science and Philosophy. He believed mediocrity is self-inflicted and genius is self-bestowed. The content of his public lectures and his writing about living philosophy place him firmly in the New Thought Movement.

wr1In 1963, Walter Cronkite in the national television evening news, commenting on Dr. Walter Russell’s death, referred to him as “… the Leonardo da Vinci of our time.” After Walter Russell died (which the Russells referred to as being “refolded”), his wife Lao Russell kept USP going successfully until she herself died in 1988. Walter Russell presented theories on the “fundamental principles of energy dynamics,” the nature of matter and the progression of the evolution of matter, and the depiction of the universe as a continuously changing, creating effort sustained by the systematic work effort of the energy of light. His depictions laws was a nonstandard cosmology. Students of his work today call it “Russelian science.”[ Russell portrayed the principles of the unity of universal law in a way which he believed brought many mainstream theories into direct conflict, or incompleteness, such as some of the principles of Isaac Newton e. g. weight as Dr. Russell explains: “… Weight should be measured dually as temperature is. It should have an above and below zero… ” He presented a view of the periodic table of elements that led him to the prediction of the existence of plutonium and the two isotopes of hydrogen, deuterium and tritium which were known in theory but as yet undiscovered in nature, (as well as elements which are still undiscovered in nature) e. g. the inert gases ‘alphanon’, ‘betanon’ and ‘gammanon’ as well as the creation of heavy water. Russell’s periodic table has not been adopted by mainstream chemistry. However in 1923, Charles Steinmetz of General Electric was able to corroborate the existence of some of the predicted transuranium elements by direct experimentation in the laboratory which helped to usher in the Atomic Age, in 1945. Such conflicts have left the work of Russell in obscurity. Robert Mayer claims this is because his cosmology, while complete in itself, would require upon its academic and scientific acceptance not only the upheaval of many scientific theories, but also matters such as the nature of God. Once, when asked how he acquired his scientific knowledge, he answered: “…I always looked for the Cause behind things and didn’t fritter away my time analyzing Effect. All knowledge exists as Cause. It is simple. It is limited to Light of Mind and the electric wave of motion which records God’s thinking in matter.” At one point, an impressed Nikola Tesla advised Dr. Russell to lock all the new knowledge in the Smithsonian for one thousand years or so, or until man is ready for it.

In 1974, in the preface to The Universal One, Lao Russell asserted that “…Dr. Russell’s thought and awareness matured in expression and he clarified and rectified errors he felt that he had committed in his earlier writings.” Besides his scientific work, Russell also worked in an array of other fields, including the arts, architecture, business and writing. He was friend and advisor to Theodore Roosevelt and gave lectures about the connection between his universal principles and the applications of these principles to human life. The University of Science and Philosophy publishes his books and perpetuates his teachings.

matt_presti-1Matt Presti is an independent researcher of Nature, Universal law, natural science, sacred geometry, alternative history, mythology, symbolism, numerology, alchemy, mysticism, spirituality, sacred texts, various religions, conspiracies, enlightenment, transcendence, shamanism, plants, herbology, natural medicine, alternative healing therapies, crevolution and consciousness explorer. For the last several years Matt Presti has freely given his time and effort to providing those interested with a chronicle of his journey in this realm, as host of “The Exploration of Consciousness”. After researching the collective works of Dr. Walter and Lao Russell, Matt has branched into production of a video series along with co-producer Robert Otey, which greatly helps to explain Universal Law, Natural Science, and the Living Philosophy as authored by the Russell’s to the world. Through this endeavor of the heart he strives to assist in laying the foundation upon which a world brotherhood and sisterhood may be built for the benefit of all mankind.

Original Broadcast August 27, 2014

Episode Two in Long-term Series with Author James Redfield ‘The Intuitive Process and Mindfulness’

JamesRedfieldJames Redfield was 43 when he published The Celestine Prophecy. He has been keenly interested in human spirituality all of his life. Born on March 19, 1950, he grew up in a rural area near Birmingham, Alabama. From an early age, he was motivated by a need for clarity about spiritual matters. Brought up in a Methodist Church that was loving and community-oriented, he was nevertheless frustrated by a lack of answers to his questions about the true nature of spiritual experience.

As a young man, he studied Eastern philosophies, including Taoism and Zen, while majoring in sociology at Auburn University.

He later received a Master’s degree in counseling and spent more than 15 years as a therapist to abused adolescents. During this time, he was drawn into the human potential movement and turned to it for theories about intuitions and psychic phenomena that would help his troubled clients. All along, Redfield was forming ideas that would eventually find their way into The Celestine Prophecy. In 1989, he quit his job as a therapist to write full-time, synthesizing his interest in interactive psychology, Eastern and Western philosophies, science, futurism, ecology, and history.

Using an adventure parable approach that has been called “part Indiana Jones, part Scott Peck,” The Celestine Prophecy created a model for spiritual perception and actualization that resonated with millions of people and focused on the mysterious coincidences that occur in each of our lives. Disdaining the spotlight himself, Redfield proclaimed in The Celestine Prophecy that each of us must intuit his own spiritual destiny.

cpAs he writes in The Celestine Vision, his non-fiction title published in 1997, “The actual writing of The Celestine Prophecy occurred from January 1989 through April 1991 and was characterized by a sort of trial-and-error process. Quite amazingly, as I remembered earlier experiences and wrote about them, lacing them into an adventure tale, striking coincidences would occur to emphasize the particular points I wanted to make. Books would show up mysteriously, or I would have timely encounters with the exact sort of individuals I was attempting to describe. Sometimes strangers would open up to me for no apparent reason and tell me about their spiritual experiences.”

After the self-published book was brought to the attention of Warner Books through a perceptive sales rep, Warner Books bought the rights and published the hard cover edition in March 1994. The book quickly climbed to the #1 position on the New York Times bestsellers list. It remained on that list for more than three years, joined by The Tenth Insight, which built upon the Nine Insights revealed in the first novel. The two books spent a combined 74 weeks on the New York Times list, making James Redfield the best-selling hard cover author in the world in 1996, as cited in BP Report (January 1997).

In October 1997, James Redfield was awarded the highly prestigious Medal of the Presidency of the Italian Senate at the XXIII Pio Manzu International Conference in Rimini, Italy. Pio Manzu is a nongovernmental arm of the United Nations headed up by Mikhail Gorbachev.

In the spring of 2000, James joined Millard Fuller, founder of Habitat For Humanity, as the only two recipients of Humanitarian of the Year honors from their alma mater, Auburn University. Two months later, he was honored by the International New Thought Alliance with another Humanitarian of the Year award.

The Celestine series of adventure parables continued in 1999 with the publication of The Secret of Shambhala: In Search of the Eleventh Insight (Warner Books). Set in modern-day Tibet, Redfield continued the inspiring journey of The Celestine Prophecy and The Tenth Insight—carrying readers to a new adventure in a sacred place where truths that can affect all of humanity await. In 2002, James joined author Michael Murphy and filmmaker Sylvia Timbers in a collaborative work entitled God and the Evolving Universe (J.P. Tarcher).

In March 2004, James Redfield was honored by the Wisdom Media Group with the World View Award for engaging the discussion on the nature of human existence and for his ongoing efforts and contributions to the bettering of humanity.

10cpThe fourth and final book in the Celestine series, The Twelfth Insight: The Hour of Decision, was published by Grand Central Publishing (formerly Warner books) in February 2011.

James lives with his wife, Salle, and dog Toby in Florida and Alabama.
