June 19, 2012 Chief Investigator Mike Zullo Maricopa County Cold Case Posse. “The Birth Certificate Investigation.” The Cold Case Posse  was created by the Sheriff himself. It is composed of former law enforcement officers, former military personnel, investigators and attorneys with criminal and civil investigative experience. Membership to the Cold Case Posse is by invitation only, and serves under the direction of Sheriff Joe Arpaio. This group has been specially trained by the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office to conduct Cold Case Homicide investigation and other sensitive investigations as requested by the Sheriff.  In addition members of the Cold Case Posse have received highly advanced training in fugitive apprehension including advanced training tactics and firearms, surveillance, counter surveillance from the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office. In a 12 month period of time this group… working under an MCSO Deputy apprehended over 350 wanted individuals with without criminal warrants. Members of the CCP also assist MCSO in Dignitary Protection  when these details are requested. All done voluntarily. Former Police Office/ Detective state of New Jersey. Former licensed criminal investigator in the state of New Jersey. Commander of Maricopa County Cold Case Posse for the past six years.   As asked by the sheriff to head this team up from inception. Currently the lead investigator conducting the Obama Eligibility Investigation for sheriff Joe Arpaio. The Cold Case Posse  was created by the Sheriff himself.     why don’t we look at the passport records of our president, as far as I
    know even a newborn has to have or be on a parents passport to travel
    or is that not available like his collage records.

    The sheets explaining what the codes are…. for all years (including the years 1960-1961) for each State and each Township can be obtained at any large library that has a genealogy section. Go see the head person in the library and tell her what you are looking for and she will probably find it on microfilm at her library. You should be speaking with a professional genealogist for the information you are looking for. Everyone has access to this.
